Privacy

We explain our information practices here so you can make informed decisions before sharing personal details. You can also ask for clarification using our contact information below.

Information involved

We handle the details needed for your interactions, such as contact information, addresses, order and account records, and support correspondence. Technical records may identify a device, browser, network address, visited page or cookie setting. Please do not submit unrelated sensitive information.

Managing browser information

Essential cookies or similar storage support functions such as the cart, session and checkout security. If optional analytics or advertising tools are used, choices will be offered where required before non-essential use. You can also manage cookies in your browser; blocking essential storage may interrupt shopping functions.

Why information is used

Information supports the service you request, including payment, delivery, returns and support, as well as fraud prevention and legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be informed and meaningful. You can refuse optional communications or ask to withdraw consent for optional uses.

Payment and service providers

We use service providers for functions such as payment processing, delivery, website hosting and support. Their access is limited to the service purpose and subject to appropriate protections. Processing may occur in another province or country, with different lawful access rules. We can explain relevant arrangements on request.

How long records are kept

We keep information only as long as the purpose, a required recordkeeping period or a legitimate unresolved dispute requires it. Different order and support records can therefore have different retention periods. Once retention is no longer needed, we securely dispose of or anonymise the information.

Safeguards and incidents

We apply safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access restrictions and secure transmission arrangements. No online system can be guaranteed risk-free. If an incident triggers a legal notification duty, we notify the affected people and authority as required. Do not email full card numbers, security codes or passwords.

Your privacy requests

You may request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, and request withdrawal of consent or deletion where applicable. We may need proportionate identity verification and will explain any lawful limit, retention requirement or refusal. We respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law. Send requests to our contact email with a privacy-related subject. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the relevant provincial or territorial privacy authority, as appropriate. You do not have to give up that complaint route to seek help from us.

Canadian privacy framework

We apply the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where applicable, together with applicable provincial and territorial privacy requirements. The rules that apply depend on the activity and information involved, including interprovincial or international transfers. A material change in purpose will be explained and consent obtained where required.
